As the New Year's Day holiday approaches, to create a safe, orderly and comfortable tourist environment and ensure every visitor enjoys a joyful and peaceful festival, the Scenic Area Administration Committee, Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring Scenic Area Service Center, and the scenic area operation company carried out a comprehensive and meticulous pre-holiday inspection on work safety and service quality from December 30 to 31.
Following the principle of "Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Management", the inspection team conducted a blanket check on key areas and critical links of the scenic area through on-site inspections, document reviews, random interviews, equipment tests and other methods.

The inspection team focused on carefully verifying the operation and maintenance records and daily safety inspection reports of special equipment such as sightseeing vehicles, desert off-road vehicles and desert motorcycles. They required the operation department to strictly implement safety operation procedures to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition. On-site inspections were also carried out on safety barriers, warning signs, fire-fighting equipment, evacuation routes, electricity and fire usage in the scenic area, and staff were guided on-site to proficiently use fire-fighting equipment.
To enhance the visitor experience, the inspection team supervised the sanitation conditions and service standards at the visitor center, ticket offices, parking lots, public toilets and other areas. They also conducted spot checks on the 188 package service, and required that the public-benefit measures such as free ginger-jujube tea and boiled water supply should be continuously provided during the New Year's Day holiday, striving to let visitors feel thoughtful services.
In response to possible winter weather conditions such as rain, snow, freezing, strong winds and sandstorms, the inspection team spot-checked the familiarity of staff at key positions with emergency plans. They also inspected the reserve of emergency supplies, fire-fighting materials, as well as medicines and equipment at the Red Cross first-aid station, ensuring that emergencies can be effectively handled immediately.
On the afternoon of December 31, the Scenic Area Service Center and the operation company organized a "Pre-Holiday Work Safety and Tourism Quality Improvement Deployment Meeting". Based on the inspection findings, the person in charge of the Scenic Area Service Center made detailed arrangements for tourist reception, work safety and public opinion management. He required the strict implementation of the tourist reception plan, strengthened inter-departmental coordination, enforced work discipline, built a solid line of defense for safety awareness, and created a favorable environment for visitors.
Taking this meeting and inspection as an opportunity, Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring Scenic Area will adopt the highest standards and most practical measures to fully ensure the stable and orderly operation of the scenic area during the New Year's Day holiday, allowing every visitor to enjoy a safe and pleasant trip and fully appreciate the magnificent poetic scenery of the desert wonders accompanied by the thousand-year-old spring.
